This is a model I have sculpted some years ago, it's inspired in a Adrian Smith drawing. Now I have taken some photos with the final result. Hand painted with acrylics. Scale is 1/9, the head size is 35mm high. Won the first price in the XXIV IPMS Mexico City contest in 2008. Comments are welcome.

L'Atelier Miniature et Ludimars organise un stage de sculpture de figurines avec Roberto Chaudon, les 15 et 16 mai à Marseille.

Au programme :

* Principes constructives de sculpture (équilibre, harmonie, balance, etc.)
* Vision générale des 3 branches de la sculpture (taille, modelage et assemblage)
* Diverses pâtes pour sculpter (Magic Sculpt, Sculpey, Fimo, Green Stuff, Milliput, ProCreate.)
* Bustes, figurines, reliefs.
* Application de la théorie de la couleur a la sculpture
* Concepts de base d’anatomie
* Fabrication d’une armature
* Représentation de différents matériaux (bois, métal, tissu, pierre, etc.)
* Sculpture des formes organiques (cheveux, muscles, peau, etc.)
* Sculpture des formes géométriques et applications divers (armes, objets, gemmes, etc.)
* Sculpture de vêtements (cap, pantalons, chemises, chaussures, etc.)
* Fabrication d’outils et leurs applications

Matériel fournit :

* 1/4 pain de Super Sculpey Firm
* 1 pain de fimo
* Fil de fer galvanisé
* Essence de térébenthine ou White Spirit
* 1Pince plate et 1 coupante (si vous en apportez c'est bien aussi)
* Colle cyanoacrylate

Matériel a apporté :

* Pinceaux gomme « clay shaper » conique et biseau plat noir T0
* Pinceaux pour fabriquer des outils.
* Pinceaux classiques (de préférence synthétiques)
* Scalpel
* Du papier à poncer grain 300/400/600.
* Bouchons de bouteille en liège ou un socle en bois de taille similaire.
* Des aiguilles et des vieux pinceaux pour les emmancher.
* Une pince à épiler.
* De la carte plastique.
* Un bocal en verre avec couvercle type pot de confiture.
